are you driving each LED at 100w or is that max/peak wattage and driving it at an rms wattage which is usually half? considered 120° lens instead of the 60° for even more coverage as it is amazingly bright?

Are those chips actually drawing 100 watts each (test it with a multimeter please)? If so where did you get them?

Honest question – since light produces a force (albeit a very small force), how bright would a light have to be in order to move itself and a skateboard on a smooth floor?

So many different companies are stealing parts of this video and using it. They are trying to sell a shitty little flashlight saying it’s this.

Wow !! But how can you make it simplified to a single unit flashlight if you know what I mean ? Instead of having 10 LED’S ? In a single row or line 😨😰

OMG you remind me of my first husband .. he’d spend days with wires, diodes, chips making the strangest contraptions and Initially I thought WTF is the point of this? BUT the video is indeed awesome and I see a very very practical application – you need to market this with a drone to SEARCH AND RESCUE groups – we could find children lost in wilderness areas in RECORD time with a device like this possibly even eliminating loss of life to elements and wildlife and it is not NEARLY as costly as helicopter and airplane searches – manpower searches – use this with a canine S&R effort and this could make you rich! Seriously, dude you need to patent this, refine it and patent each process and find a financial backer to build a prototype — if nothing else do a group fundable and hit up friends to back you…. I’d contribute to one if it meant saving children’s lives. .. you could even light up shadowed slot canyons during the day with this on a small drone (remember the guy who cut his own arm off because he was trapped?) – I see SO MUCH POTENTIAL for this. It could fly when conventional S&R aircraft could not — look for people stranded on shorelines, completely change Coast Guard night time S&R and make it safer for the swimmers. DO IT before some mega company does then sell your idea to them.

How the flying fuck is this a "flashlight"???

Fender
July 10, 2017

That was so pointless. You have the camera at 25k ISO. That’s already compensating for low light.
You should’ve tested it in pure darkness so that we can actually see the performance.
